Rare and Honest Service When my husband and I called Wheel Fix It for auto repair we were seeking brake pad replacement on our 2005 Honda element. The dealership was pressuring us to have our brake work done and we couldn't afford to do it with them, but were afraid to continue driving on what they told us were dangerously thin pads. Knowing little or next to nothing about the life of a brake pad and consequently how long our pads should have been good through, we were just seeking easy access to service and a low price. We did not expect the honesty that Wheel Fix It mechanic, Robert, gave when he crawled out from under our truck. " You have over 50% of your pads and don't need to replace them at this time." He also changed our oil, refilled our fluids, checked our belts and looked under the hood giving us an assessment of what if any work we needed to have done finally test driving the vehicle.
